The Flexible Wine Club!
Flexible? Does that mean we offer wine & Yoga sessions? No, maybe in the future, but not yet (lol).
We’re flexible because we allow almost any substitutions, through the actual date of the release. Just let us know if you want different wines, and we’ll make it happen!
Membership in the Peter William Wine Club brings many great benefits. You can join by filling out our online Club Registration Form. (see Club “Terms” below).
CLUB MEMBERS outside of OREGON
For our Members from outside the State of Oregon
Please inquire to find out if we can ship to your state.
To minimize out-of-state shipping costs, our club programs for those customers is geared to shipping only in six and 12 bottle shipping cartons, and will only be shipped in months where the weather is mild enough to ensure the safety of the wine.
We will do our best to give out-of-state members access to our new release and limited release wines, but we cannot guarantee that they will receive the exact same wines as in the in-Oregon member packages. Before shipment, we will always inform you of the suggested wines, and give you a chance to make changes and/or substitutions.
Special Out-of-State Programs
- Level 1-OS, 6 bottles, twice a year Members will receive a shipment six-bottles, in March and again in December.
- Level 2-OS 12 bottles, yearly. Members will receive a full mixed case of twelve bottles. You have your choice of shipment in either March or December. This plan will give you the best possible per-bottle shipping rate.
- Level 3-OS 12 bottles, twice a year. Members will receive two shipments of twelve bottles, one in March, and another in December.
- All wines in these programs will receive a 20% Club Discount (rare exceptions may be announced).
- Shipment of these wines will be by UPS or FedEx Ground (excepting Alaska & Hawaii), at club member’s expense. Expedited shipping (2-day or overnight) is also available on request, at a higher cost.

Wine Club Benefits, Terms & Rules
- Options for different club levels are described above.
- Wines in your package will be selected by Peter William Vineyard. Substitutions can be made prior to or at the time of the Club Release Weekend, or Shipment date for non-local Club Members.
- Club releases will sometimes include “Wine Club Exclusive” wines, not available in the general market, and new releases, not yet in general distribution. New releases will also be featured in the Club packages.
- Other Wine Club Benefits & Events will be announced periodically.
- After you receive your Wine Club shipment (or pickup), you can re-order wines in that shipment at the club discount for the remainder of the month (subject to availability). However, as an out-of-state customer please be cognizant of the fact that shipment in small packages is more expensive per bottle.
Additional Wine Club Terms/Rules
- Club membership requires a 1 year commitment. After that time if you wish to cancel your membership written notice is required 30 days prior to the next release.
- Out-of-State Members may choose to pick up their wines at the winery, if they are in the area (and save on shipping costs). Pick up at the winery is by appointment, or at specifically announced pickup times. Please let us know, if you will be doing this, so we do not ship your wine.
- Pick up members have 6 weeks to pick up their wine, after that time Wine Club releases are subject to substitution (if some of the wine in the original release are no longer available).
- Members who choose to have their wines shipped are charged a shipping fee. UPS and FedEx shipping requires an adult signature. Because we are not licensed in many states, we use a 3rd party fulfillment partner for shipping, which can increase shipping cost.
- Some wine shipments may be postponed due to extreme hot or cold weather. Members affected will be notified. Members who request shipment during extreme weather will receive shipments at their own risk for damage due to heat or cold.
- Club members will be required to have a valid credit card on file at all times.
- On the months that Wine Club Releases take place, we reserve the right to bill your credit card on file automatically. Generally, this will not be done until after the official “Club Release Weekend.”
- Please notify us of changes to your email, phone number, credit card, or shipping address in order to receive Wine Club information in a timely manner.

It is best to contact Fred for most Club questions, and Peter for pickup appointments, but either of us will be able to help.
- Peter William Vineyard reserves the right to change the terms of our Club agreement at any time, & will notify members if that occurs.
