The Peter William Wine Club

The Flexible Wine Club!

Flexible? Does that mean we offer wine & Yoga sessions? No, maybe in the future, but not yet (lol).

 

We’re flexible because we allow almost any substitutions, through the actual date of the release. Just let us know if you want different wines, and we’ll make it happen!

 
 

Membership in the Peter William Wine Club brings many great benefits. You can join by filling out our online Club Registration Form. (see Club “Terms” below).

Our Schedule of Club Releases:

  • Spring Release – March
  • Summer Release– June
  • Fall Release– September
  • Holiday/Winter Release – December

Club Levels:

  • Level One – 3 bottles quarterly
  • Level Two – 6 bottles quarterly
  • Level Three – 9 bottles quarterly
  • Level Four – 12 bottles quarterly

 Wine Selection:

There will be a “Suggested Club Release” consisting of three different wines, chosen by Peter William Vineyard. Level One Members will receive one bottle of each. Level Two Members will receive two bottles of each, etc. Substitutions can be requested and made through the end of the official Club Release Weekend. After that, members who have not picked up their wines or made other arrangements will be invoiced for the suggested wines, and no more substitutions can be made.
 
We can accommodate “Red Wine Only” members, and will be happy to accept your substitutions, or make suggestions. We can also accommodate “White Wine Only” members, but our selections of white wines are more limited, and you will probably receive a lot of repeated wines from month to month.
 
Club Release Weekends – We try to have out Club Release Weekend early in the month (if schedules permit). We always hold a tasting event, so that you can try the suggested release wines (and others), and decide if you want to make substitutions. During warmer months, we have invite everyone to relax on the deck and enjoy the view and some fellowship while they try the wines.
 
Club Discounts work like this:
 

 Level One Club Members (3 bottles quarterly):

  • 20% off all wines purchased your first month of membership
  • 20% off all wines purchased during Club Release Months (or 30 days from the release date, whichever is later)
  • 10% off of purchases of 5 bottles or less in non-release months
  • 15% off of purchases of 6-11 bottles during non-release months
  • 20% off of purchases of 12 bottles or more year-round

 Level Two and above Club Members receiove 20% off of all wines, year-round.

 There are rare exceptions of heavily pre-discounted wines or packages that will not receive additional discounts, no matter your club level.

Getting Your Wine:
Local Club Members have until six weeks after the Club Release Weekend to pick up their wines. After that, your wines will be shipped to you by FedEx or UPS ground, at your expense.
 

Oregon Club Members from outside of the Rogue Valley may opt to have their wine shipped by UPS or FedEx, at the member’s expense.

Wine Club Benefits, Terms & Rules

    • Options for different club levels are described above.
    • Wines in your package will be selected by Peter William Vineyard. Substitutions can be made prior to or at the time of the Club Release Weekend, or Shipment date for non-local Club Members.
    • Club releases will sometimes include “Wine Club Exclusive” wines, not available in the general market, and new releases, not yet in general distribution. New releases will also be featured in the Club packages.
    • Other Wine Club Benefits & Events will be announced periodically.
    • After you receive your Wine Club shipment (or pickup), you can re-order wines in that shipment at the club discount for the remainder of the month (subject to availability).

Additional Wine Club Terms/Rules

  • Club membership requires a 1 year commitment. After that time if you wish to cancel your membership written notice is required 30 days prior to the next release.
  • Members may choose to pick up their wines at the winery. Pick up at the winery is by appointment, or at specifically announced pickup times.
  • Pick up members have 6 weeks to pick up their wine, after that time Wine Club releases are subject to substitution.
  • Members who choose to have their wines shipped are charged a shipping fee. UPS and FedEx shipping requires an adult signature. Because we are not licensed in many states, we use a 3rd party fulfillment partner for shipping, which can increase shipping cost.
  • Some wine shipments may be postponed due to extreme hot or cold weather. Members affected will be notified. Members who request shipment during extreme weather will receive shipments at their own risk for damage due to heat or cold.
  • Club members will be required to have a valid credit card on file at all times.
  • On the months that Wine Club Releases take place, we reserve the right to bill your credit card on file automatically. Generally, this will not be done until after the official “Club Release Weekend.”
  • Please notify us of changes to your email, phone number, credit card, or shipping address in order to receive Wine Club information in a timely manner.

It is best to contact Fred for most Club questions, and Peter for pickup appointments, but either of us will be able to help.
  • Peter William Vineyard reserves the right to change the terms of our Club agreement at any time, & will notify members if that occurs.
